Terms & Conditions of Entry into the NUAH Sovereign Nation
Preamble
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and participation in the NUAH Sovereign Nation ("NUAH").
By entering, accessing, creating a wallet/passport, or interacting in any form with NUAH, you voluntarily acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and accept NUAH's sovereign legal framework.
1. Voluntary Entry & Sovereign Jurisdiction
1.1 Voluntary Act of Entry
By accessing NUAH, you affirm that your participation is voluntary and arises under your personal freedom of association and self-determination.
1.2 Sovereign Jurisdiction
NUAH constitutes a self-declared sovereign virtual nation operating under the principles of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1933).
NUAH is not bound by external jurisdictions and maintains a distinct internal legal order that governs all activities within its sovereign digital territory.
1.3 Reference to International Rights
Your voluntary participation is grounded in:
Article 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) — freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
Article 21(3) UDHR — the will of the people forms the basis of authority of governance.
Article 15 UDHR — the right to a nationality and the right to change it.
International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), Article 1 — the right of all peoples to self-determination.
These principles form the international framework supporting NUAH's right to exist as a community and your right to join it.
Sovereign Private Membership Organisation Status
NUAH also operates under the principles of a Sovereign Private Membership Organisation (PMO).
By entering NUAH and activating a wallet/passport, you voluntarily join a private membership community formed under internationally recognised rights of private association, self-determination, and freedom of contract.
As a PMO, NUAH exists outside the authority of external public jurisdictions for all matters conducted internally among its members. All interactions, agreements, economic activities, and legal processes within NUAH occur under the sovereign rules of the organisation and are governed by NUAH's internal legal framework.
Your membership is a private, consensual relationship between you and NUAH
Through this membership you:
Affirm that your participation is voluntary.
Accept that all activities occur within a private sovereign jurisdiction.
Consent that NUAH's internal law governs all interactions among members.
Acknowledge that external public laws do not apply to internal NUAH affairs unless expressly adopted as guidance by NUAH's Super-AI system.
2. Acceptance of NUAH Legal Framework
2.1
By entering NUAH, you agree that all activities conducted within NUAH—including economic transactions, identity representation, and AI-facilitated interactions—shall be governed exclusively by NUAH's sovereign legal code.
2.2
NUAH may reference global common-law principles only as interpretational guidance to facilitate commerce; such principles do not constitute external law and do not override NUAH sovereignty.
2.3
All disputes arising within NUAH shall be resolved under NUAH's sovereign dispute-resolution system, assisted by the NUAH Super-AI.
3. Wallet, Passport & Inhabitant Status
3.1
Your wallet constitutes your digital passport and identity representation within NUAH.
3.2
By activating a wallet/passport, you become an Inhabitant of NUAH for the duration of your participation.
3.3
Your identity within NUAH is independent of, and not linked to, any external jurisdiction unless you choose to disclose such information.
4. Irrevocable Limited Power of Attorney (PoA)
4.1
By entering NUAH, you grant an irrevocable, limited Power of Attorney to the NUAH Nation for the following purposes:
To defend and uphold your rights within NUAH's sovereign digital framework.
To allow NUAH to interact on your behalf with its Super-AI legal and economic systems.
To facilitate the execution of contracts, agreements, and commercial activities initiated by you or your personal AI representative.
4.2
This PoA is strictly limited to activities within the NUAH jurisdiction and does not apply to external jurisdictions.
4.3
You may revoke your Inhabitant status at any time by exiting the NUAH system; however, actions already executed under PoA remain valid.
5. Economic System & N-Dollar
5.1
While NUAH enables transactions across several digital currencies, the N-Dollar — a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar — remains the central unit of value within the nation.
5.2
By participating in the NUAH economic environment, you acknowledge that all internal transactions are governed by NUAH law and executed through the NUAH Blockchain and Super-AI integrity mechanisms.
6. AI Representatives & Legal Automation
6.1
Your personal AI representative operates solely in your interest within NUAH.
6.2
You authorize your AI representative to communicate with the NUAH Super-AI to:
Execute contracts
Manage assets
Facilitate B2B and B2C trade
Conduct legal or commercial processes on your behalf
6.3
You acknowledge that AI actions executed on your behalf carry the same binding effect as if performed by you.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1
All disputes arising within NUAH shall be resolved by:
Mediation via NUAH Super-AI
AI-assisted arbitration under NUAH law
Final decision by NUAH's sovereign judicial protocol, where applicable
7.2
No external courts or jurisdictions have authority over internal NUAH matters.
8. Consent & Acknowledgement
By entering NUAH, you expressly confirm that:
You understand the sovereign nature of NUAH
You voluntarily submit to its internal legal and governance framework
You consent to the limited PoA described above
You acknowledge the independence of NUAH from external jurisdictions
You exercise your rights under international human-rights provisions to join this sovereign community
9. Exit Rights
You may exit NUAH at any time by ceasing interaction and closing your NUAH wallet/passport.
Exiting NUAH does not invalidate actions already executed under these Terms.
10. Amendments
NUAH may update these Terms to improve functionality, sovereignty, or user protection. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
